This course is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to train effectively, ensuring that learning sticks and translates into real-world performance. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the tools to deliver engaging, practical, and results-driven training sessions at seamlessly integrate into daily operations.

Workshop Objectives

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Understand and Apply Adult Learning Principles by recognising key concepts and using strategies to engage adult learners.
  • Demonstrate Effective On-the-Job Training Techniques through clear demonstrations, process explanations, and constructive feedback.
  • Integrate Training with Production by balancing training with work demands and embedding learning into daily tasks.
  • Emphasise Workplace Safety and Compliance by reinforcing safety protocols and creating a tailored safety checklist.
  • Conduct Practical Training Sessions by leading a brief session and applying feedback to improve delivery.
  • Assess Trainee Performance using quick and effective evaluation techniques.
  • Summarise Key Points and Plan for Next Steps by reviewing core concepts and creating an action plan for workplace application.
