Andrew is a professional mediator and facilitator based in the Wairarapa, with a client base from Christchurch to Auckland. Andrew combines a powerful skill set that enables individuals, multi-parties, and teams to build creative solutions while maintaining and enhancing relationships.
Andrew holds accreditation in Family Dispute Resolution, Farm Debt Mediation and is a qualified DiSC Facilitator.
This 1-1 coaching includes DISC profiling followed by quality DiSC-based coaching sessions for busy businesses in tight times – helping business owners identify low-hanging fruit in communication, understand team members, and create better outcomes.
Coaching includes:
- DISC Profiling.
- 1-1 Coaching in the workplace (or nearby meeting place).
