Digital Manufacturing Challenge – Wairarapa

The Digital Manufacturing Challenge is a hands-on event for business owners to explore various technologies. In three hours, participants witness the impact of Industry 4.0 solutions in action within a digital factory setting. From beginner to advanced levels, attendees experience how these technologies address manufacturing challenges across the value chain.

This event is ideal for operators, functional and senior leaders. To get the maximum benefit from the session, it is recommended that between 2 and 10 attendees from an organisation take part.

Teams are tasked with using a budget to make the best technology investment decisions for a digital factory, before justifying their investment to gain points. This challenge requires critical analysis of budget; possible return on investment; strategy, and pain points for scenarios across operations from order receipt to fulfillment.

With opportunities to get hands-on and try many of the technologies, you will reflect on where different technologies would add value in your own manufacturing environment as a key takeaway. After the event, you’ll receive an email with a personalised reference pack for your business including customised feedback, key information and notes taken by attendees during the session.
