Roger Boulter’s draft book ‘Planning for Walking and Cycling in New Zealand’ has won an award, in the ‘Research’ category, at the recent WSP Golden Foot Awards, held every two years by walking advocacy body Living Streets Aotearoa.
Living Streets Aotearoa has for nearly 20 years campaigned for walking to be recognised for the important role it plays not only in transport but also in preventive health, crime prevention, and place-making.
