I currently hold a level 5 Diploma in Sport Management and Exercise Prescription, and I am about to complete my Bachelor Degree in Applied Science majoring in Advanced Physical Health and Wellness.

I started my business 2 weeks out of the first Covid lockdown in 2020 initially running just two bootcamps a week and personal training services. Over the past year we have grown our client base substantially and now have a great group of regulars, and extra classes and services including nutrition consultations and special mums and bubs classes!

I have always wanted to work for myself and have the opportunity to create strong relationships with clients that will last forever.
