The Manager’s Toolbox
April 2 | 9:00 am – 11:00 am

Co-hosted in partnership with Business Central, this workshop explores team dynamics, development stages, common dysfunctions, trust-building, and team charters to enhance workplace collaboration. Participants will learn to distinguish teams from groups, navigate the five stages of team development, and address dysfunctions such as lack of trust, fear of conflict, and accountability issues. By applying the ABCD Trust Model (Able, Believable, Connected, Dependable) and creating a team charter, leaders can foster high-performing, cohesive teams. Delivery includes interactive discussions, equipping participants with actionable strategies for effective team leadership in Aotearoa’s business environment.
