Peter Biggs has spent 25 years leading award-winning advertising agencies across NZ and Australia, and has held major governance roles including Chair of Creative NZ and inaugural Chair of WellingtonNZ. In this opening session, Peter explores the difference between leading through tasks versus leading through purpose — and why understanding your why is the foundation everything else is built on.
