Notice of Annual General Meeting
Business Wairarapa (Wairarapa Chamber of Commerce Inc) will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 5:30 pm on Tuesday 28 November at Ten O’Clock Cookie Bakery Café. The meeting will be followed by refreshments and an opportunity to network with other members and our Board.

Call for Agenda Items:
Any member wishing to submit a motion for discussion at the AGM can do so in advance of the meeting via email to info@wairarapachamber.co.nz or at the meeting. The Chair has discretion whether to accept for discussion any items raised from the floor at the meeting.
Nominations for Board:
If you are interested in joining the Board of Business Wairarapa, we welcome expressions of interest from both longstanding and new Business Wairarapa members. With a particular focus on forming a diverse Board with representation across the various industry sectors and the districts across Wairarapa, expressions of interest can be made in writing to: nicola@wairarapachamber.co.nz
- Properly completed nomination forms MUST BE RECEIVED by 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE AGM.
- Nominations should include a brief summary of experience and skills offered to carry out the position, which will be provided to members.
- As we are a volunteer Board, we ask that you carefully consider your involvement with Business Wairarapa in the coming year before submitting a nomination.
