With all the uncertainty affecting business during Covid-19, many staff and leaders of local businesses are experiencing anxiety about their future, adapting to new ways of working and juggling multiple pressures. Local Wairarapa business, TEA Health and Wellbeing Consultants, are registered with the Regional Business partner Network (RBPN) as a service provider offering funded wellbeing support packages to businesses. TEA Health and Wellbeing Consultants is owned and operated by Sarah Donaldson (Clinical Psychologist) and Sarah Percy (Registered Dietitian), who use their combined 40 years of work experience in their respective health professional fields to offer comprehensive wellbeing packages to businesses, individuals and groups. Having worked with local Wairarapa businesses, and workplaces nationwide, they understand the importance of a well workforce and are able to deliver informative and engaging sessions to enhance the wellbeing of staff in a wide variety of industries.
Already experienced in offering health and wellbeing education and support to workplaces, they have extended their usual offering to include a new range of workshops, team profiling and Wellness reviews to support businesses during Covid-19.
